PRINCIPALS

Jenson’s experience spans real estate investment & development and collateralized debt originations. Prior to co-founding Aksel Development, Jenson worked for WPJ Development, assisting with project management and new construction of single-family residences. In early 2016, he invested in his first properties on his own - two single family homes in Puerto Rico. Since then, Jenson has personally completed over 150 real estate and debt investments between Puerto Rico, Miami, and Los Angeles. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California / Nevada, and holds a General Contractor’s License in California.

Jenson is a graduate of Pepperdine University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He competed on Pepperdine University’s tennis team, of which he helped the team make the Final Four of the 2012 NCAA Division I Championships, starting in both the singles and doubles roster.

David has over ten years of real estate experience spanning acquisitions, financing and development. Prior to co-founding Aksel Development, David worked for Extell Development Company, one of the most active real estate developers in New York City. At Extell, he was responsible for assisting with the development of projects totaling over $5 billion in value, including Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world. While at Extell, David gained valuable experience underwriting complex transactions and managing professional teams to bring projects to fruition. He began his career as an investment banking analyst with J.P. Morgan.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
