Meet Jenson Turner
Jenson is the Founder and Principal of Aksel Development, where he specializes in luxury residential real estate investment and development throughout Southern California. His experience spans real estate acquisitions, development, and private credit, with a focus on identifying and executing value-driven investment opportunities.
Prior to founding Aksel Development, Jenson worked with WPJ Development, where he assisted with the project management and construction of high-end custom residences. In early 2016, he independently acquired his first investment properties. Since then, Jenson has personally completed over 200 real estate and debt investments across Puerto Rico, Miami, and Los Angeles.
Jenson is a licensed California and Nevada Real Estate Broker and holds a California General Contractor's License. He graduated from Pepperdine University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. While at Pepperdine, he competed on the tennis team, helping the Waves reach the Final Four of the 2012 NCAA Division I Championships. Outside of work, Jenson continues to enjoy playing tennis in his free time.
